There is only so much

People seem to fight over everything. Sometimes at home and otherwise outside.
Once done with home and neighbors, they will fight with neighboring villages, states or countries.
And of course, they group with their lesser enemies and fight for the so called "greater causes" (read - caste, creed, religion, language, color).

Genetic abnormalities or is that their idea of fun?

People will flood their villages, but refuse to part with water to neighboring states. They will ignore your starvation, but come running when some other missionary comes to help you.

Won't give you kerosene to cook, but may find enough fuel to immolate you.

But why do people keep dividing themselves and search for reasons to fight.
The reasons are often laughable. Brains in the freezer?

Even the so called cream of society, even in my office fight over language and cities and culture.
My city! My country! My state! My language! My! MY! My!

But Why, why do you distinguish yourself from others?
Why do you think your language, your city, your country, your religion, your prophet, your culture is better than other's?
And why do you speak with so much authority?

Isn't all this relative and subjective? Have you lived in 2 countries or 2 cultures equal times and without biases?
Did YOU choose all this?
Did YOU choose your religion?
Did YOU get to choose where you would be born? And when?
Did YOU choose your country? Or language?
Hello??? Did anyone even ask you if you want to be born?

Remember the law of thermodynamics "The sum total energy in the Universe is an absolute constant”??

I wish people expended their energies on better things.
